First week of 2008!

Good. I have spend the first week of this year building relationships with some of my loved ones... my family on New Year Day 'cos it's my brother Jimmy's birthday! SO we spend time at his place with ah Ben and Debbie and my sister & brother! good time... but I have realised finally that I have really grown so fat over the last 2 years! from stable weight 45kg to now almost 48.5kg-49kg le!
Faint! I have to slim down... not my resolution this year but i will do it anyway by exercising more often. =)
Okay, I spend a good 3 hours talking to my eagle friend, Hannah on Wednesday too! Kinda miss our sister time. After which, spend another 3 hours with ah liu, Shandy at her place till 1am! On Friday, i decided to change my hair style! got a pretty perm at Unisex Salon at woodlands Marsiling! I must say I really got a good deal at $130 for the rebonding on the upper part and ceramic perm at the lower part of my long hair. Kinda look mature but still okay! New look for the new year! They used Shideido products too.. that's why they are good and cheap! =) had a sumptuous dinner at Ah Yat abalone's restaurant sponsered by my boss. After that, met up with kaiyan who gave me massage too! =)
Wanted to spend quality time with ah dear too but he's not into it. He told me that he wanted to focus on his studies and career this year and won't spend much time with me. i was thinking how to build relationship if we dont spend time together? Never mind, since he is focusing now, I will support him! Jia you le dear! May God guide you into all that He has made u to be! I won't fan ni le okay! You can focus on your work. I just wish you will let me know you do care about me through calling, sms, msn, email sometimes k! We will jia you together ba! =)

A new Beginning! How appropriate was the message from Pastor Dom last night!

Isaiah 43: 18-19

"Forget the former things; Do not dwell on the past.

See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

Amen! I am really excited about this year! This excitement is different from the past years.. it isn't something I make up, I want to feel excited. It comes from within; The Holy spirit prompting, a new awakening.

I feel anew, afresh. I am willing to trust the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding. I will remember that I am to build relationships in my life. Lord, lead and guide me. I will do my best. Amen! =)

Had finished "The 7 habits of Highly effective people" before the end of 2007! Goodbye 2007! Thank you for all the challenges it bring, all the joy it creates in my heart, all the molding, thank you God for sustaining me and changing me. =)

Hello 2008! From today, I am not going to let anything hinders me from moving forward, to becoming all the God has called me to be. Satan, GET LOST in the name of JESUS!
